1. What GoOnMLS.com Does

GoOnMLS.com provides flat-fee listing services for manufactured and mobile homes in Oregon, including homes in parks and on leased land. Depending on the tier you choose, services may include an MLS listing, photography/video media, transaction coordination, or full-service showings. We do not list or sell land.

2. Flat Fees, No Commission

All pricing is a flat fee as shown on our Pricing page: $99, $199, $1,999, or $6,999. Each tier is cumulative. No commission is charged on the sale of your home. Fees are as described at the time you engage our services.

3. Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate information about your home, holding legal title or authority to sell it, and complying with your park's rules and Oregon law regarding the sale. On the $99–$1,999 tiers, you handle showings, negotiations, and buyer communications.

4. Listing Distribution

Listings are distributed through the MLS, which feeds major home-search websites. We do not guarantee placement on any specific website, as feed lineups are controlled by third parties and may change.

5. No Guarantee of Sale

We do not guarantee that your home will sell, the price it will sell for, or how quickly it will sell.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the flat fee you paid for the service tier in question.
