Everything in the $99 tier, plus a media package: up to 50 photos and up to a 3-minute video. You shoot on your phone; we edit and post it to YouTube and link it from your MLS listing.
Everything in the $199 tier, plus transaction coordination: purchase-agreement help, DocuSign paperwork, and escrow coordination. Flat fee, coordination only.
Everything above, plus signs, flyers, lockbox, buyer qualifying, and showings. You only sign the purchase agreement. Portland metro only. $6,999 due at closing — zero upfront, and the $199 media fee is waived.
